- Bring the test cassette and sample to room temperature before use.
- Collect the sample according to the type specified for this kit (see Specifications tab).
- Apply the sample and buffer as indicated on the device, following the package insert.
- Read the result within the specified reading-time window — do not interpret after the stated cut-off.
- Confirm the control line has appeared before considering the result valid.
